Video #1 Working with Pain . Relaxation

I have just published the first video to the series that I am presenting that uses Mindfulness Meditation techniques to work with pain. I will be showing you two ways to work with relaxation. Often times when we are in pain there can be a lot of resistance, holding and tension in our body that actually can make pain symptoms bigger. Learning to soften around the pain and relax the body can be very helpful .
